Job description:
1. Accurately accept and convey customer service instructions and follow up customer orders, and do a good job in customer maintenance,
2. Information tracking query and related information feedback.
3. Timely and accurately input system and business report system.
4. Document management.
5. Communication and guarantee of special service needs of project customers.
6. Handle and report service exceptions.
7. Participate in business knowledge training, weekly meeting, monthly statistics and weekly report.
8. Cooperate with other departments of the company.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders of the company.
Requirements:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, majors are not limited.
2. More than one year working experience, integrated logistics working experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with computer office software, strong communication ability, quick thinking and strong adaptability
4. Good obedience, initiative, patience, teamwork spirit, strong pressure resistance, good communication skills.
